Team Development and Offsites:   We design and facilitate experiences that move teams forward—clarifying strategy, strengthening relationships, and tackling the real conversations that unlock performance.  We use a series of tools, including MBTI®, DISC, The Five Behaviors of  Cohesive Team, and Strengths Finder, to create a shared language that helps teams work better together.

Ways We Work

Executive Coaching Engagements

Our standard coaching agreement provides an intake session with an organizational sponsor (leader, HR, Board Chair etc), a personality inventory (MBTI or DiSC) an interpretation session of the assessment, and a coaching plan built on the client's style and preferences.  Sessions are offered virtually but in-person sessions are also possible with additional pricing arrangements for travel, time, logistics, and incidentals.  Client and Coach will meet 8 times across a four month span which include one two hour deep dive into type, preferences, and planning and 6 one hour sessions.  Clients receive a digital coaching journal to track progress, conversations, and any coaching assignments.  

Retainer Agreements

Our 6–12 month retainers provide up to 20 hours per month of dedicated consulting and coaching. This flexible arrangement is ideal for organizations looking to develop up to five team members through personalized, one-on-one coaching.

We can also add in-person or virtual workshops to deepen team alignment, strengthen leadership skills, and drive meaningful culture change across your organization. These retainers give you maximum flexibility to mix coaching and consultation and to learn as you go in terms of how we can best solution with your business. 

Workshops

We will come to you (virtually or in-person) and deliver custom content to your team based on an intake conversation and bespoke service. We offer half day and full day pricing, taking into account the size of the team that you wish to host.  Among our most requested workshop focus area are

These customized face to face offsites can happen anywhere across the world.  We can come to you or help you to set up a remarkable experience for your team here in historic Charleston, South Carolina.   These offsites typically last from 2 to 4 days and contain a blended offering of workshop content.  This is a great option for C-Suite Leadership, Functional and Global Teams, and Boards of Directors.
